Emma Metcalf Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Although we're confident you'll be happy with your new items, we will offer you a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your items if they are damaged or not as described. We do not offer refunds for personalised items.
